Bike/Yoga Classes with
Richelle and Rose
90 minutes high intensity cycling class
followed by 30 minutes of recovery yoga
7:30am - 9:30am
You can sign up for the full 8 week session or single classes.
Please log into Zoom by 7:25am as class starts at 7:30am sharp.
You will need:
-bike trainer (N/A) if you are using an exercise bike
-water and light snack
-stable internet connection
You will receive the Zoom link to the class 5 minutes after registering.
