Winter Break Swim Volume Camp 

December 20th, 21st, 22nd and 23rd

6:15am - 8am

Killarney Aquatic and Recreation Centre

Challenge Distance Option 1: roughly 2000m daily

Challenge Distance Option 2: roughly 3000m daily

Challenge Distance Option 3: roughly 4000m daily


The winter break swim volume camp is designed to give athletes a bump in their swim fitness before the new year. 

What you get:

  • multiple certified swim and triathlon coaches (and some appearances by some swim and triathlon experts too!) on deck at all times

  • comprehensive swim workouts for each swim challenge distance

  • individualized technique coaching during each session

  • daily post-swim treats

  • the ability to get a daily guilt-free workout in during this busy time of year (get it done before the rest of the household gets moving!)

  • the opportunity to push yourself beyond what you thought was possible

*please note you CAN change distances.

When registering you are not committed to the distance, we are just trying to gauge how many are interested in each distance.

Thinking about doing a triathlon? This clinic is for you!


We will cover:
-what you wear during a triathlon
-basic training principles
-what to expect on race day
-tips and tricks to be a more efficient triathlete
-race day nutrition
-and more!
We will leave plenty of time at the end of the session for Q&A!
