Have you ever thought about training for your first walking/running event or even a triathlon?


Achieving a milestone goal is a huge accomplishment and more attainable than you think. Join Tri It Multisport and RnR Premier Events as they walk you through everything you need to know about this journey. They will review choosing an event, basic training principles, nutrition for training and on event day, ideal clothing and accessories, and more!

Nutrition samples will be provided during the talk.

  • how to do a transition

  • basic training principles

  • other helpful tips and tricks for triathlon training and race day
