Training Program

This is a basic duathlon training plan. In the training plan it says run/walk. The goal is to run as much of that time as possible. If you need to walk for any (or all) portion of it that is totally OK - run when you can, walk when you can't run. Just keep going! Be kind to yourself and slowly allow yourself to build.
