Welcome To Paradise
Located on the Tropic of Cancer, Todos Santos has a spiritual soul and an energy that breathes into those that stay awhile. Natural light illuminates the sea and the shore. Enjoy beautiful sunny warm days while being surrounded by natural beauty.
We will practice yoga, meditate hike, tour and explore all there is to offer in Todos Santos. A true gem of the Baja.

Experience the beauty with us!
We believe that we are all students and teachers with many gifts to share. Richelle and Rose are lovers of all types of activities and adventures. Always on a quest to learn and experience new things. They bring a unique set of skills and perspective to the retreat.
Together, they are Ironman athletes, marathoners, and ultra-runners. As well, Richelle is a certified triathlon and cycling coach, and Rose is a registered Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher.
Yoga is an important and integral part of the retreat.
There will be two opportunities each day (morning and afternoon) to practice.
A tea ceremony along with yoga Nidra (or other meditation) will be offered each evening as well.

Richelle is a lover of all activities and sports. She comes with a background as one of the most accredited experienced Triathlon, Cycling and Mountain Bike Coaches in Canada. Along with being the Co-owner and Operator of RnR Premier Events she is also the Co-owner Tri It Multisport .
On a personal level Richelle is an accomplished Ironman Athlete, Marathoner and Cross Fit athlete.There
isn't a sport that Richelle doesn't love to try.
Her true joy comes from coaching and facilitating premium retreats and events.
Richelle has spent the past 16 years putting on some of the best and well-known races in and around Alberta. She was recognized as one of top fitness trainers in Alberta for 2020 and 2022 as well as Female Race Director of the year in North America in 2020.
Rose started practicing Yoga over 25 yrs ago and
fell more in love with with the practice of yoga each passing year.
While training and racing Endurance events such as Ironman and Ultramarathons she felt fortunate that she understood the importance and value of the mind,
body and breathe connection in order to
have longevity in sport.
She became a certified
RYT Yoga Teacher with
the intent of introducing everyone to a more balanced lifestyle.
She is Co-owner of RnR Events and has Co-owned Tri It Multisport for 16 years
Having been fortunate to travel and live in very diverse places in the world she is very passionate about facilitating and offering unique one of a kind retreats in the most
perfect places.
Rose has been putting on events for over 25 yrs.
Mellisha specializes in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Holistic Nutrition, Lomi Lomi Massage, Energy Healing + Massage, Meditation Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Raindrop Therapy, Sound Healing, Breath Work, Meditation, and Yoga.
Since 2004, Mellisha Fehr has helped people "bring heaven and earth together," as a client once said. Over the years, she has honed in on specialized massage, yoga, and healing therapies such as Hawaiian Lomi Lomi or her unique blend of meditation, sound healing, and energy work to induce relaxation and healing. In addition, Mellisha's intuitive channeling abilities have been a source of solace for many of her clients over the years.
With a passion for holistic living, Mellisha also mentors people into achieving a whole, nourishing, loving life through her approach to holistic lifestyle coaching. Mellisha lives between Calgary, AB and Vancouver Island, BC, and is the owner of Omega Massage + Wellness in Calgary
Sylvia has been working in the corporate world for 22+ years
She is greatly appreciated for her talent, resourcefulness, and her ability to multitask, deftly managing a dozen events and projects all at once.
She worked in hospitality with the Hyatt Calgary and then INLIV, a preventative health and wellness company. Among the many areas she worked in, she organized and planned multiple events, conferences and corporate retreats She has worked in every aspect of a company from recruiting to marketing, sales, and most recently tech. She was part of the amazing team that created the start up - Wello, a virtual telemedicine platform which recently was sold to Maple.
Sylvia is passionate about her family and enjoys traveling, yoga, SUP, hiking and golfing.
Coming from a non-athletic background, Sylvia has been inspired to compete in Ironman Canada – twice. Her mantra – ‘You can do it’!
