Rise Run/Walk, Yoga Meditate is a day bringing people together outside in nature for a run (or walk),an outdoor yoga experience, and a guided meditation.
From DJs on the main stage to unique activities like henna, acro yoga, local food and craft vendors, there will be plenty to do throughout the day. Each participant will receive a cloth tote full of health and wellness treats and a more!
WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Rise: Run, Yoga Meditate bib for the run

fully set up 3km walk or 5km run course with a finishers arch (so get your cameras ready to snap those pics!)

75 minute yoga class with DJ

30 minute meditation session

fun atmosphere with music and announcer

Rise: Run, Yoga Meditate cloth bag full of samples and gifts from our sponsors and more

FEE SCHEDULE:
October 1st - December 31st = $85
January 1st - March 31st = $95
April 1st - May 31st = $105
June 1st - June 20th = $115
REGISTRATION CLOSES June 20th
Refund/Rollover Policy:
There are no refunds or rollovers, however you may transfer your registration to another participant for a fee of $20.
