About the event
Please log into Zoom by 7:25pm as class starts at 7:30am sharp.
You will need:
-bike trainer (N/A) if you are using an exercise bike
-water and light snack
-stable internet connection
You will recive the Zoom link to the class 5 minutes after registering.
