Wild Rose Women's Winter Spring Triathlon

Ready to swim, bike, and run - your way? This fun and inclusive indoor triathlon is designed for all fitness levels, whether it’s your first-ever triathlon or you're a seasoned athlete.
Each participant will complete:
10 minutes of swimming – as many laps as you can (any stroke!) in the pool
20 minutes of biking – on a stationary bike, guided by a coach through a fun virtual course
15 minutes of walking or running – around the gym track, covering as many laps as possible
Enjoy a supportive, high-energy environment where everyone is welcome.
No experience necessary - just bring your enthusiasm!
