Give yourself permission to slow down at Restore Yin and Pin with Rose, an evening of gentle movement, stillness and care. Bringing together yin yoga led by Rose and acupuncture with Kara, this experience invites you to step away from your busy day and spend time reconnecting with yourself. There is no pace to keep up with and nothing to achieve—just space to breathe, settle in and rest.
Rose will guide you through a quiet yin practice featuring gentle, longer-held poses. Rather than moving quickly from one posture to the next, you’ll have time to get comfortable, notice how your body feels and explore each pose at your own pace. The emphasis is on listening to your body, allowing your breath to flow naturally and finding a comfortable balance between sensation and ease.
Acupuncture with Kara adds another element of care to the evening. With specialties in sports medicine, nervous system support and the mind-body connection, Kara brings an approach that considers the whole person. Together, yin yoga and acupuncture create an opportunity to turn your attention inward and experience a different kind of pause from your everyday routine.
Whether your days are filled with training, work, caring for others or simply a long list of things to do, this is time set aside for you. You’re invited to arrive as you are, without pressure to push harder or do more. Let yourself enjoy the quiet, the guidance and the simple comfort of having space to rest.
Restore Yin and Pin is an invitation to make rest an intentional part of your life. Join Rose and Kara for an evening that honours both mind and body, giving you room to slow down and reconnect.
