2 week Yoga Challenge

7:00am - 7:30am
30 minute hybrid flow and yin class
Pay what you want / can.
Please log into Zoom by 6:55am as class starts at 7:00am sharp.
You will need:
-yoga mat
-block or water bottle
-pillow
-relaxing environment
-stable internet connection
You will receive the Zoom link to the class 5 minutes after registering (please check your SPAM folder); if not, please text Rose at 403 803-4533
For 10 days (Monday–Friday), we’re committing to just 30 minutes a day to move, breathe, and reconnect with our bodies and minds.
Don’t stress if you miss a day, I will tape each session and send out.
Weekends off to rest, recover, and integrate everything you’ve built.
In just 30 minutes a day, you may notice:
-More mobility and ease in your body
-Less tension in hips, shoulders, and back
-Improved posture and core awareness
-Better focus and mental clarity
- Deeper, more restorative sleep
-A calmer nervous system under pressure
-Confidence from showing up for yourself
This isn’t about doing more it’s about doing what matters, consistently.
Whether you’re training, rebuilding, or simply wanting to feel more balanced and strong… this is your space to come back to yourself.
