Cycling Classes with

1 hour high intensity intervals cycling class
Wednesday Nights
6:00pm - 7:00pm
8 Week Session: January 15th - March 12th
*no class February 19th
**single classes available

Please log into Zoom by 5:55pm as class starts at 6:00pm sharp.
You will need:
-bike
-bike trainer (N/A) if you are using an exercise bike
-towel
-water and light snack
-computer or laptop
-stable internet connection
-you do not have to have your camera on
-ride at your own pace
You will receive the Zoom link to the class 5 minutes after registering.
