Partner Yoga
February 13th


February often invites us to slow down, soften a little, and lean into connection; and what better way to do that than sharing a yoga practice with someone you care about (all relationships welcome).
This month, Rose is offering a Partner Yoga class, designed for friends, partners, moms, sisters, brothers, or anyone you’d love to move and breathe alongside. You don’t need to have practiced yoga together before, and no prior partner yoga experience is required.
Throughout the class, you will explore unique and supportive postures, using each other for balance, grounding, and gentle assistance. The practice will be playful at times, steady and calming at others, and always rooted in trust, communication, and presence.
Expect:
• Supportive, accessible partner poses
• Opportunities to give and receive support
• Breath, movement, and moments of connection
• A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for all bodies
Come with someone you love, or someone you would simply love to share the mat with. Yoga is always better when we remember we don’t have to do everything on our own.
