October 28th and 29th $75 (cash only at package pick up)
YOUTH (under 16 years)
*all youth under 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult

MAP/DIRECTIONS:
1. Start on Whitetail
2. Turn RIGHT onto Snowshoe Hair Loop
-
this turns into Demi -Tel
3. Turn LEFT onto Long Distance
4. Turn LEFT onto Whitetail

SCHEDULE:
Friday, October 28th - Tri It Multisport (1703 10th Ave SW)
10am - 5pm - package pick up
Saturday, October 29th - Tri It Multisport (1703 10th Ave SW)
10am - 5pm - package pick up
Sunday, October 30th - West Bragg Creek Recreation Area
8:30am - race site opens
9:10am - call to start for hikers and walkers
9:15am - hikers and walkers start
9:40am - call to start for runners
9:45am - runners start
9:50am - no one may start after 9:50am as our sweep will leave at this time. PLEASE BE ON TIME to start!
11:00am - awards
RACE RULES AND REQUIREMENTS:
-
No one who is not registered may hike, walk or run with you. This also includes any outside help (ie. someone who is not a race official or volunteer may not assist you in any way along the trail with extra clothing, food, etc.)

Unsportsmanlike conduct such as verbal or physical abuse of event staff or volunteers is not acceptable or tolerated.

All participants must wear you’re their bib on their front at all times. Bib must be visible.

All participants over the age of 16 must carry bear spray.
-
All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-
All participants must carry their own water/nutrition on course, however there will be an aid station at 3.2km (turn from Demi-Tel to Long Distance) with water.
