*all youth under 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times on course

SCHEDULE:

Friday, October 27th - Tri It Multisport (1703 10th Ave SW)
10am - 5pm - package pick up
​
Saturday, October 28th - West Bragg Creek Recreation Area
8:00am - race site opens
8:00am - 8:30am - late package pick up
8:55am - call to start
9:00am - start
9:05am - no one may start after 9:05am as our sweep will leave at this time.
PLEASE BE ON TIME!
10:00am - awards

RACE RULES AND REQUIREMENTS:
-
No one who is not registered may run with you. This also includes any outside help (ie. someone who is not a race official or volunteer may not assist you in any way along the trail with extra clothing, food, etc.)

Unsportsmanlike conduct such as verbal or physical abuse of event staff or volunteers is not acceptable or tolerated.

All participants must wear their bib on their front at all times. Bib must be visible.

All participants over the age of 12 must carry bear spray.
-
All participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-
All participants must carry their own water/nutrition on course.

KANANASKIS CONSERVATION PASS - all vehicles parked in West Bragg Creek must have a day or yearly Kananaskis Conservation Pass. For more information and/or to purchase yours, go to:

CELL PHONE SERVICE - please be advised there is little to no cell phone service in West Bragg Creek.
